The Taraweeh is prayed in combination with the Maghreb and Isha 45 minutes after iftar.

there is a fatwa from European Council of Fatwa and Reasearch which during summer time allows to combine maghreb with isha at any time after maghreb due to the hardship muslims could face in european countries above a certain latitude.

The point that there must be a hardship.
